Daily Lust - Saturday 31st January

Hi everyone,

Here are my weekend wants... well only a few of them as I want loads at the moment!

Beauty Product:

I love the look of this blush/bronzer mix from Benefit. It looks like a gorgeous dusky pink/brown colour which is perfect for my skintone. I own basically no Benefit makeup but think I may have to start investing. This is £23.5o from the Benefit website.

Item of Clothing:

I love a good cardigan. They are perfect for all seasons and I have so many but can never resist a cute one. Hence the reason I want this absolute beauty from boohoo.com which is fast becoming my go-to site for quirky but purse-friendly clothes. I love the lace effect of this cardi twinned with the granny-chic floral print. This would look great at a spring/summer party over a cute strapless dress or with a pink or lilac vest top and jeans. It is a complete bargain at £18!

Accessory/Jewellery:

I'm a sucker for a cocktail ring and this one has definitely got my magpie instinct going! I love the pretty pastel stones, the butterfly and the way that this could transform a simple outfit with no effort. I also love that it is only £9! I'm sold and will be heading to Dorothy Perkins for mine!

Shoe:

Trust me I do know that it's January... but I want it to be spring/summer and therefore I am starting to want to purchase spring/summer items. These amazing sandals are from Monsoon and look so adorable. I love the colour and the rose detail and think they would look great with skinny jeans and a white vest top on a shopping trip! For £25, I want them now!

Total Price = £75.50

Hope you all had a great weekend and have a fantastic week. I'm starting my new job so wish me luck! Will see you next week for the picks of the new arrivals in the shops!

P.S - Thank you to my follower. My first one and it is very much appreciated!! Also thanks to the couple of people who have commented on my previous posts, that also means a lot as I like to get feedback! Keep it up!! xx

Daily Lust - Wednesday 27th January

Hi everyone,

So sorry I haven't posted in a while, I have been trying to sort out a job and think I'm getting there! Here are my post pay-day lusts...

Beauty Product:

I like the look of all the new Barry M Lipgloss Wands but this one in Toffee is my favourite as it will give me the nude lip I crave and looks very wearable. These are an absolute bargain at £4.25

Item of Clothing:

This dress is so pretty and summery. I love the cream base colour, the muted floral print and the gorgeous structured shape of this dress. This is such a versatile piece that could be worn to work, on a night out, to a wedding... even in the winter with some thick ribbed tights and a boyfriend cardi. For £45 Miss Selfridge have solved a whole lot of wardrobe dilemmas. Get this!

Accessory/Jewellery:

I am genuinely in love with this belt. It has peacocks, it is in a gorgeous cream colour and best of all it's £6! Get yourself to boohoo.com to snap this up!

Shoe:

These shoes are so cute and would look gorgeous with skinny jeans, a vest top and a cardi for a smarter going out for lunch look! They are perfect for spring/summer and also have a manageable looking heel!! Great for £25 at very.co.uk
Total = £80.25
Hope you like these... I will be back more often with the many items I want!!

Daily Lust - Wednesday 20th January 2010

Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a good day... I am so tired so I'm going to do a bit of blogging then go to bed! Enjoy...

Beauty Product:

I am, as are most women, a sucker for a new mascara that tells you it is going to work wonders in giving you fuller lashes. Maybelline has come up with The Falsies Mascara which even looks amazing in hot pink packaging and is £7.99 I think but it has sold out from boots and superdrug online :(

Item of Clothing:

Dear God this dress is literally THE summer dress. I love the pale yellow colour, the floaty shape, the cinched in waist but most importantly the cut out heart detail. It just screams cuteness. I will be purchasing this from boohoo.com come payday and will be wearing with ankle socks and plimsoles. By the way, in case I haven't convinced you yet, it is an amazing £20!

Accessory/Jewellery:

For some unknown reason I am feeling spring like today. Spring = florals and this Miss Selfridge belt is just so quirky and cute. I can see me cinching in an oversized jumper or cardi with this. And at only £8 why wait til payday?

Shoe:

I adore the periwinkle colour of these shoes. It is so unusual but would look perfect with a black or grey outfit. These shoes come from a new website glitzy-n-glamorous.com which I heard about in a youtube video by Found on Film. It is actually a very reasonably priced site so I recommend having a look! These shoes are £21

Total Cost = £56.99

Thanks everyone!

Daily Lust - Tuesday 19th January 2010

Hi everyone,

I am so sorry I haven't posted for a few days... I've been ill but I'm sort of on the mend now so am going to do a really great post today hopefully!

Beauty Product:

When payday comes around next week I think I am going to have to have a serious spend up at Avon. I love the colour of this lipstick, I love it's name 'Sequin' and I love the price at £2.50 - this will definitely be in my basket!

Item of Clothing:

How extremely cute is this blouse? I am so in love with it, it just makes me want to own a yacht! This would be great for summer with sandals and jeggings and a boyfriend cardi for a casual but quirky look. Get this at Topshop for £28!

Accessory/Jewellery:

This bangle is so gorgeous and just right for the spring weather that I am praying is just round the corner! This will brighten up a black or grey outfit as well in this wintery weather! It's £12 from Dorothy Perkins

Shoe:

These shoes are so cute and girly. I love the toecap that gives them a sort of edge but also makes them look quite retro. I would wear with tea dresses and ankle socks in spring for a 50s chic look. They are a bargain at £20 from
New Look!

I've decided that from now on I'm only going to put a random item in when I have one to show... as at the moment I am finding it hard to think of something!

Total cost = £62.50

Thanks everyone, hope you enjoyed... will be back in a sec with another post!

Daily Lust - Saturday 16th January 2010

Hi everyone,

I had every intention of doing a post last night and then fell asleep with my laptop next to me... so that didn't happen! Anyway here's my list...

Beauty Product:

This eyeshadow palette from Avon is limited edition and I love it!! It is a quad and comes in 2 colour choices but my favourite is the one shown which is called Tiger's Eye. The colours look beautiful and very silky and I am just in love. To be honest I might get both! I think it's a decent price at £8!

Item of Clothing:

I know I might be a bit sad but I am constantly searching for Minnie Mouse clothing cos I just love her! This top from New Look is perfect and I love the sequin bow!!! It's such a cute top and would look great with a blazer or boyfriend cardi, boots and jeggings for a cute and quirky day look. The best bit is that it's only £18!

Accessory/Jewellery:

This necklace makes me want it to be spring! At the moment I can't resist butterfly jewellery or accessories and the colours in this necklace are just so stunning! This would dress up any outfit and I think look great with indigo denim jeans. This is from the gorgeous shop that is Accessorize and it is £10!

Shoe:

This shoe is so cute. I love the colour, I love the satin fabric, I love the charm detailing and I am surprised that it is from Marks and Spencer! I need to look in this shop more! These are £25 and look really good condition as they are from the Portfolio range. They would be great for work and shopping and just general days out where you want to be comfy!

Random:

This is a gorgeous scented candle from Merchant Chandler which smells of White Chocolate! What more needs to be said? It's £2.99 which is such a bargain!

Total Cost = £63.99

Thanks everyone, let me know what you think and what you're lusting after this weekend!

Eyeko Excitement

Hi Everyone,

I got my Eyeko creams through today that I ordered on Monday so I thought that was pretty good! I got the normal 3 in 1 cream and then the tinted version and they seem really good quality. They do have a kind of play-dough scent but in a weird way I kind of like that... reminds me of my childhood :) Anyway I am impressed with the brand and I love the free gift that I got for using an ambassador code which was a silver liquid eyeliner. Will be great for nights out!

Let me know if you've used any Eyeko products and what you thought of them as I may order more come payday!

Thanks Eyeko! xx

Daily Lust - Thursday 14th January

Hi everyone,

Sorry I didn't post yesterday... had a horrible and busy day and so did not come on my laptop at all. Anyway hope the post today makes up for it. Please if you're reading this comment on what kind of posts you'd like to see and follow me... all suggestions welcome!

Beauty Product:

At the moment I'm really loving nude/pink lipglosses and this colour by Elf is the perfect one for me. It's called Heartbreaker and is from their Studio range on their website. It's £3.50 and I think it's a really classy and versatile colour that could be worn everyday or out and about with a bright or smokey eye look.

Item of Clothing:

Oh my God is this the prettiest skirt ever? I am officially in love with this. I love the olive/nude background colour, I love the sky blue and pale coral flowers... it's kind of earthy but cute in one quite short and tight skirt! Perfect! This gorgeous find is from Topshop and is £25 which I reckon is such a bargain. I would wear it with a grey blazer and a coral or cream vest top and nude heels for an on trend on-the-town look!

Accessory/Jewellery:

This headband is so cute and reminds me a bit of Alice in Wonderland... and because of the film coming out all things Alice in Wonderland are very in! I think the colour means it will go with all colours of clothing but especially well with pinks, blues, lilacs and corals which will be in for springtime. Buy it now from New Look for £4!

Shoe:

These have got to be some of the cutest shoes I've seen in a long time. They are grey, polkadot, have a bow, a chunky heel and a platform. They are very kitsch but surprisingly versatile and would look very Minnie Mouse with the right outfit. They are £40 from Miss Selfridge and I think they are one of THE shoes of the season!

Random:

I have loads of photos I want to print and then put around my room in lovely frames. This frame is stunning and so girly with the butterflies and floral design. I think it would brighten up any room. And it is an absolute bargain at £6 from Monsoon Home!

Total Cost = £78.50

Hope you enjoyed and as I said if you have stumbled across this post please do follow my blog, it means a lot to me to get some followers as I'm trying to improve and make this blog good and I need your help and guidance.

Thank you!

Daily Lust - Tuesday 12th January 2010

Hi everyone,

Hope your weeks are going well, mine already feels too long and it's only Tuesday! Here is what I want after a long and difficult Tuesday (brace yourselves!)

Beauty Product:

I have loved OPI Nail Varnishes for ages now but always thought that £10 was too much for a nail varnish. However thanks to Lollipop26 and her amazing blog I have found that you can buy OPI polishes from ebay.com from the online seller joliebeautystore. They are $4.75 a bottle which is £2.95. Obviously you have postage to add to that but still a bargain. One of the ones I currently want is this lilac/pink shade 'Mod About You'

Item of Clothing:

Right now I can think of nothing more appealing than snuggling up in a cosy jumper and leggings but I want to look nice while I do it. This cute sweatshirt from Realitees @ Topshop is the perfect solution. Plus I do love New York! This will see you through many winters as its not too in fashion and its £30

Accessory/Jewellery:

I know this might be a little wacky but I think my new trend for spring/summer is to wear cute ankle socks with mary-jane heels and dresses. These beauties from Dorothy Perkins certainly fit the bill and at £2 not getting them would be a crime!

Shoe:

In my opinion every girl should have a pair of sexy red heels. I think I've just found my perfect pair! I love the bow detail and the fact that they would add a pop of colour to any neutral outfit. They are a very reasonable £29 from laredoute.co.uk

Random:

As I mentioned I'm having a bit of a tough week and I'm trying to diet; not a good combination. I have such a sweet tooth and crave sugary foods and looks like these Ice-cream Sticks from Skinny Cow have come to my rescue being only 94 calories each... the flavour I'm craving is Mint Double Choc. You can buy a pack of 3 of these in Sainsbury's for £1 on offer!

Total Cost = £64.95

Have a great day tomorrow, hope you enjoyed my post. Please click the follow button on my blog and let me know what items you want at the mo!

Daily Lust - Monday 11th January 2010

Hi everyone,

God it's Monday so some serious window shopping online is needed tonight to cheer myself up. And perhaps some actual shopping? That is yet to be decided! Hope your days have been better than mine!

Beauty Product:
Basically I love this so much. I've seen quite a lot of Youtubers with this Shimmer Cube in Warm from The Body Shop and the colours are so delicious and creamy I've decided it's what's missing from my makeup collection. And from the looks of the reviews I've seen these colours are really pigmented and gorgeous on. It is slightly pricey at £16 but you are getting four gorgeous colours so I suppose that works out quite reasonable!

Item of Clothing:

I love tops and dresses with 'Peter Pan' collars at the moment. I think this blouse from awear.com looks classy and elegant enough to wear for work with a grey pencil skirt but because of the quirky collar it would look just as nice teamed with dark blue skinny jeans and heels for drinks or dinner with your friends. At £20 it's a bit of a bargain!

Accessory/Jewellery:

I think these earrings are really cute and a subtle way to bring colour into your outfit. Plus they will be great for spring and summer. I think these are such a bargain at £5 and are from my mum's favourite shop Marks and Spencer in the Per Una range. I might have to tag along next time my mum goes on a shopping spree in there!

Shoe:

This type of shoe is something I wouldn't usually go for but I actually really like this one. The side bow detail and the open toe just make it a lot more girly whilst having a punky edge. With some leggings or jeggings tucked in and a long bodycon top I think these would look amazing and be the statement piece of your outfit. I think they look a lot more expensive than £3o. New Look have once again done very well!

Random:

This would look great on my dressing table. Last year I had my whole room decorated with a kind of vintage feel and this would match in so well with what I have already. I'm sold. It is from the amazing store that is Laura Ashley and is actually a very reasonable £15!

Total Cost = £86
Thanks everyone, take care
Frances xx

Daily Lust - Sunday 10th January 2010

Hello again,

Hope you've all had good weekends... here is my list of what I want on a cold and quite boring Sunday!

Beauty Product:

This is the Barry M Dazzle Dust in Old Gold. For ages I didn't get Dazzle Dusts at all and just thought they were messy but then I bought one a couple of months back and I love them. I love this colour as I could wear it on a night out but it also wouldn't look too much in the day! It's £4.50 from barrym.com

Item of Clothing:

I've been looking for a playsuit for a while that is fashionable but classy at the same time and I think this one answers my prayers. I would wear it with statement earrings, a blazer, tanned legs and black heels once the weather outside has warmed up a bit! Thanks Miss Selfridge for this beauty at £38 that will really make a statement on a night out!

Accessory/Jewellery:

This lovely little treasure would glam up any slightly ordinary outfit. I love the bluey/grey gem in contrast to the muted gold and the decadent pearls, it definitely looks vintage. This is rather a bargain at £5 from one of my go-to online stores... asos.com. It's in the Clearance sale so hurry and get yours before it vanishes!

Shoe:

These bright blue shoes would look so perfect with a little black dress on a night out... the stud detailing gives them a rocky edge which means they'd also look good with some leggings and a rocker t-shirt as well! I love them! They're from the very lovely Faith and are on sale for £20! All you need now is some nail varnish that doesn't clash for your toes!

Random:

I don't know about you but I'm so fed up of the size that I am, how I look in my clothes and my level of fitness but don't have enough money for gym membership. I find most exercise boring and tedious but the one thing I do like is dancing. This DVD seems like the perfect one for me as it is presented by the Pussycat Doll's choreographer and who would say no to a body like one of the Pussycat Dolls? It's £9.99 on Play.com. I'm going to buy it and try it out so expect a review sometime soon!

Total Cost = £77.49

Thanks everyone, enjoy what's left of the weekend!

Frances xx
